Judi Goldberg

Judi Goldberg, Esq., CSB Chair, was appointed to the Board effective January 13, 2022.
She served as Vice Chair from January 2024 through December 2024, before her appointment as Chair in December 2024. She is an Administrative Magistrate at the Massachusetts Division of Administrative Law Appeals. She has also worked as the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Program Integrity in the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General, a litigation associate at McDermott, Will and Emery, Deputy General Counsel in Governor Romney’s Legal Office, Deputy General Counsel for the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, and as in-house counsel at Five Star Quality Care, Inc., a publicly-traded company that manages senior living facilities across the country.
Ms. Goldberg earned a B.A. in psychology and sociology from Boston University, an Ed.M. from Harvard University in counseling processes, and a J.D. from Boston University where she was the managing editor of the Law Review.
